The birds have been very active at the feeders today. They've looked so pretty against the backdrop of snow. Here are some cardinals and a close-up of a downy woodpecker.
I think the snow is almost finished. Just a few light flurries now. Looks like we got about 5-6 inches of snow out there. Not too bad.
Welcome to Indigo Inklings. This is where I talk about some of my rubber stamping projects and digital graphics. My blog name comes from the fact that I love the color indigo, and I think the notion of inklings covers my introspective side as well as my love for getting inky with my projects. I hope you find something here to interest or inspire you.

Holy Cow, Jay! Do these birds POSE for you, or what. :D I want a cage full of the male cardinals - he's SO gorgeous! And throw in a couple of females because they complement the males so well. The woodpecker is cute, too! How do you get such great pictures. :D
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Judie
awesome photos!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!! I keep meaning to ask you, what type of camera do you use? Your photos are always so vibrant and crisp :)
ReplyDeleteLOL! Those birds are just very cooperative, Judie. We feed them and they pose for the camera.
ReplyDeleteSpeaking of cameras, Stacy, I use an Olympus Camedia C-720. I love the zoom! I also do a little bit of post-processing with Paint Shop Pro.
