Happy Thoughts

I love it when I get ideas for using things for cardmaking that I already have in my stash. This card is a result of one of those times. I'd seen a question raised regarding the small Cuttlebug folders and how to use them without the folder lines showing. Hey! I have some of those folders! At least one of the folder lines can be avoided by using the partial Cuttling technique that I wrote about a couple of weeks ago. It's the same principle--just keep that folder edge outside the sandwich so that it won't be embossed.

For this card I used one of the Fancy Corners Cuttlebug embossing folders. I ran it through my Big Shot three times, keeping the edge of the folder outside the sandwich each time. There is a very faint folder line between a couple of the embossed images. Next time I'll put a piece of text weight paper on top of my cardstock to get rid of this. The stamped images are by Hero Arts. The flower embellishments are Dew Drops.
